Aeracon Energy Services delivers innovative workforce and project solutions for the renewable energy sector. Founded by two industry veterans, Aeracon Energy combines technical expertise in wind turbine operations with strategic recruitment to drive project success. Our focus on safety, efficiency, and client collaboration powers sustainable energy advancements across North America.
Project Highlights
With over 20 years of combined expertise in wind energy and recruitment, Aeracon Energy Services has built a track record of delivering complex renewable projects with precision and reliability. Our experience spans commissioning, construction, operations, business development, and talent placement — supported by global certifications and a proven ability to scale teams and solutions.
Projects Delivered: Managed utility-scale wind farms, including a 102 MW site in Nova Scotia (34 turbines), a 166-turbine project in Alberta, and a 42-turbine site in Maine.
Workforce Solutions: Placed hundreds of technicians and engineers across U.S. and Canadian projects, serving major turbine manufacturers, developers, and staffing partners.
Budgets Managed: Oversaw construction budgets exceeding $200M, O&M contracts of $1M–$5M annually, and workforce allocations from $500K–$10M.
Geographic Reach: Supported projects across North America — including Alberta, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Rhode Island, Oregon, Texas, and California — along with select international projects in Japan.
